For as long as I can remember a sense of searching for something has had a presence in my life. A deep yearning for something more authentic.
Love and devotion for the essence of Life and Truth has always been manifested at the core of my being, although at times it has been obscured by the mind.
But it was my first yogaclass, in New York in the mid nineties, that started a more conscious path back home to the very core of existence.
For me, yoga is a tool to become one with the essence of the life-force, or Prana that it is called in Sanskrit. It permeates everything and is at the root of our existence.
I have chosen to call this place the heart.
